Item 1: To discuss active litigation in the matter of Holyoke 420 vs. City of Holyoke, and potential other similar cannabis litigation which if discussed in an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the City of Holyoke, as the chair so declares.

Item 2: The committee on Finance to whom was referred an order that there be and is hereby appropriated by transfer in the fiscal year 2025, ONE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY FIVE AND 56/100 Dollars ($108,695.56) as follows:

Item 3: To discuss an active litigation before the MCAD regarding a harassment claim against a police officer which if discussed in an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the City of Holyoke, as the chair so declares.

Item 4: To discuss an active litigation in federal court in the matter of Jane Doe #1 vs. City of Holyoke, Holyoke Public Schools, and Anthony Soto which if discussed in an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the City of Holyoke, as the chair so declares.

Item 5: To discuss an active litigation in federal court in the matter of Jane Doe #1, Jane Doe #2, Jane Doe #3 and Jane Doe #4 vs. City of Holyoke, Holyoke Public Schools, Anthony Soto, Alberto Vazquez-Matos, Stephen Zrike, Jr., Lori McKenna, and Stephen Maloney which if discussed in an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the City of Holyoke, as the chair so declares.

Item 6: To discuss active litigation in the matter of Salmar vs. Holyoke Planning Board which if discussed in an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the City of Holyoke, as the chair so declares.

Item 7: To discuss the full release of minutes of Executive Session meetings held on November 1, 2022, December 5, 2023 and February 6, 2024 the contents of which contain discussions (as well as attorney client privileged discussions) of pending MCAD litigation and pending Log Cabin litigation, all of which if discussed in an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the City of Holyoke, as the chair so declares. The minutes of these meetings were partially released as of September 4, 2024.

Item 8: To discuss the partial or full release of minutes of Executive Session meetings held on January 22, 2024 and June 11, 2024 the contents of which contain discussions (as well as attorney client privileged discussions) of pending MCAD litigation and pending Log Cabin litigation, and threatened cannabis litigation all of which if discussed in an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the City of Holyoke, as the chair so declares.

Item 9: To discuss the partial or full release of minutes of Executive Session meetings held on September 4, 2024, November 19, 2024 as well as Finance Committee Executive Session meeting held on December 9, 2024 the contents of which contain discussions (as well as attorney client privilege discussions) of pending MCAD litigation, pending Log Cabin litigation, pending Salmar litigation, and threatened cannabis litigation all of which if discussed in an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the City of Holyoke, as the chair so declares.
