267 Elm Street on the Sale Block
Committee votes to declare 267 Elm Street (Assessors Map 004, Block 03, Parcel 004) as surplus property available for disposition. The property was acquired via a tax lien foreclosure in 2017. It is approximately 5,662 square feet in size, zoned Downtown Residential and has an assessed value of $34,500.

Invitation to Volleyball Hall of Fame
George Mulry, Volleyball Hall of Game Executive Director, to discuss the new Hall inductees, the future of the Hall in Holyoke and other programming related to volleyball in order to help promote the game in the city and region. The museum recently received a $100,000 donation from a former player.
