Building Update

• Question about use of contingency money
• Rot repair estimated at 10K, already spent 40K
• We have made an official request for a breakout of the rot repair
• Framing materials have exceeded the allowance as well, part of which is related to the rot
  • CB – Should we expect more of this? RP – No
• Discussion of other building issues – drywall screws used in wrong place, I-beam inspections
• Motion to approve PCO11 and PCO17, pending audit

• NEPM Announcement
  • It remains unknown why a spot ran advertising the Holyoke Media board meeting on NEPM
  • CB and SM are looking into it

  • Revisit the Bylaws about board meetings and see what they say
  • JM will look at them and send recommendations to board for discussion next time.

  • Scott has hired someone to do them and is training them
