• Alliance for Digital Equity – Grant will help us help people with basic computer skills, engaging with the community, etc.

Old Business

• • Daniel presented thorough explanations regarding DonorBox and Give    Butter.  They both allow donors to pay the fee. 
  • Marketing/Development Committee:
    • No Update
    • Scott will think about which events we want to have a board presence at.
  • Facility & Technology Committee:
    • Sign repair is coming
    • Building Insurance – Scott spoke with Bresnahan and they are putting together a package for us.
    • Scott is getting us an estimate re: Lobby traffic fix.  
  • Personnel Committee
    • Renewing current health insurance policy, 6.6% increase.  

New Business

• Meeting of the membership coming in September.  Scott has a planning document from last year.  Monday, 7/22/24 = Initial planning meeting.

Task review and due dates

• Scott – building insurance; Sponsorship package preliminary contracts.  
• Daniel will investigate further DipJar and DonorBox and will present his research to the Board next month.
