Building Costs

• Inspection was delayed, some HVAC work needed
• Integration work has started – lights, fiber
• 9/4 faulty alarm triggered fire dept call, were able to get in and nothing damaged
• Our security system will be active soon
• Able to extend our building liability insurance and are covered through October 7, 2022
• Two more change orders approved, in the amount of $3,015.10
• Doors open will be 10/15 from 10am-12pm. (swag being made)
• Painted screen on studio wall

Old Business

• Organizational Document Review discussion
• Grand Opening late November early December or later?
• Update on staff social media and website posting going well
• Marketing update will be sent out after meeting tonight
• Sign proposal is done
• Update on CDBG re: sidewalks
• Update on HG&E moving gas line
• City Van – has been repaired and moved back to wastewater treatment plant, and it may be loaned out or given to another group
