Holyoke Mayor, Joshua García, along with Alicia Zoeller, Director of the City of Holyoke Office for Community Development, and Holyoke City Engineer, Robert Peirent, met with us to share information related to multiple city projects currently undergoing, that are possible to Federal funding programs:

– Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
– Community Development Block Grant-COVID (CDBG-CV)
– HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME)
– HOME Investment Partnership Program-ARP (HOME-ARP)
– American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)

We will learn about projects that improve quality of life in different aspects like housing, roadways, sewage, parks, and assistance programs, among others.
