Las Fiestas Patronales de Holyoke 2023 están listas para dar inicio.

Del jueves 3 al domingo 6 de agosto, El Heritage State Park en Holyoke será el espacio para recibir a miles de personas, no solo son del área local de Holyoke, Chicopee y Springfield, sino también de otras comunidades como Worcester y Hartford, CT para disfrutar de música, baile, entretenimiento, comida y convivencia comunitaria con esta versión de Holyoke de las Fiestas Patronales. Una tradición cultural y popular muy arraigada en Puerto Rico, al igual que en muchos países de Latinoamérica.

Priscilla Rivera y Melvin Sánchez son miembros del comité organizador de las Fiestas Patronales de Holyoke y nos visitaron para conversar sobre los detalles de lo que es el organizar un evento de esta magnitud y las diversas opciones de música y entretenimiento preparadas para esta segunda edición de las fiestas patronales que se posiciona como un nuevo evento anual de la ciudad de Holyoke.

The Fiestas Patronales de Holyoke (Holyoke Patron Saint Festivities) 2023 are ready to start.

From Thursday the 3rd to Sunday the 6th of August, the Heritage State Park in Holyoke will be the space to receive thousands of people, not only from the local area of Holyoke, Chicopee and Springfield, but also from other communities such as Worcester and Hartford, CT to enjoy music, dance, entertainment, food and community life with this Holyoke version of the Fiestas Patronales. A cultural and popular tradition deeply rooted in Puerto Rico, as in many Latin American countries.

Priscilla Rivera and Melvin Sánchez are members of the organizing committee of the Holyoke Fiestas Patronales and visited us to talk about the details of what it means to organize an event of this magnitude and the various music and entertainment options prepared for this second edition of the festivities that are positioned as a new annual event in the city of Holyoke.
