Holyoke Office for Community Development releases application for Fiscal Year 2023 CDBG, ARPA funds.
On January 20th, 2023, The Holyoke Office for Community Development released the Fiscal Year 2023 Annual Plan Development Calendar for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), and HOME funding.
Organizations, and nonprofits are encouraged to submit proposal applications to fund activities in the City of Holyoke to benefit low or moderate income persons, or low and moderate income areas. The first deadline is for CDBG funds, and the last day to submit a proposal is Friday, February 17th at 3:00 PM, Eastern Time.
For ARPA funds, there will be a community hearing session meeting in February, to gather input from the public, to learn more about needs and priorities, and then by March 3, the first allocation of ARPA funds will be announced.
