Celebrating the irish American Heritage Month of March, the Ancient Order of Hibernians and the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians hosted a ceremony to raise the Irish flag at Holyoke City Hall, and begin the celebrations, which focuses on the St. Patrick’s Day Road Race, and the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
