Mayor’s Message: The 2023 Budget is Underway
In this episode of "The Mayor's Message," Mayor Joshua García will present the State of the City, tentatively scheduled for May 10.
At that time, the mayor will present the city's approximate $69 million budget for the next fiscal year, 2023, that begins July 1, 2022.
Then the City Council will have 45 days to review and approve, making budget cuts only if the majority of councilors deem it necessary.
