Yoni Glogower, Director of Conservation and Sustainability in the City of Holyoke, shares with us the details of a Planning Climate Preparedness project in development.

This is a project about a climate resiliency planning effort that the Conservation and Sustainability Office is leading through the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Program (MVP). The first step in this project is to recruit a core team of city staff and community liaisons to lead the planning effort together.

There are a limited number of paid community liaison positions available, with applications due on November 7, 2025.
