  • The focus of the Community Advisory Team’s work during the 2024-25 school year will be to support the School Committee’s planning and implementation of its Superintendent hiring and evaluation processes.
• Anticipated activities of the Community Advisory Team include:
  • Providing direct input and facilitating broad-based community input into the School Committee’s superintendent hiring process
  • Providing feedback on action steps developed by the School Committee during the Receiver’s evaluation process, which may include the collection and/or analysis of evidence and the identification of focus performance indicators of interest
• Through their engagement with the HSC’s hiring and evaluation activities, the Community Advisory Team will help ensure robust stakeholder engagement with the continuous improvement of HPS.
