Sen. Velis announces $150,000 in ARPA Funding to assist Latino owned business in Holyoke.

On the morning of  September 7th, 2022, at Fiesta Cafe in Holyoke, Senator John C. Velis and Representative Patricia A. Duffy announced $150,000 in ARPA funding for the Partners for Community Inc.’s Latino Business Grant Program in Holyoke.
Senator Velis and Representative Duffy joined with Fiesta Cafe owner , Juan Montano; Verónica García, with Partner for Community Inc’s Latino Chamber of Commerce, and Greater Holyoke Chamber Executive Director, Jordan Hart to make the announcement. These funds will assist Latino owned business in Holyoke, particularly those that have been negatively impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
