The Honorable Todd McGee
After his children, to whom he is devoted, Council President Todd McGee says there is no greater joy than to have served on the City Council the past 18 years, navigating the debates to constructive arguments and through difficult decisions.
He leaves at the end of his term satisfied that he gave Holyoke his best, and worked alongside some of the next colleagues both on the council and in municipal government.
In this conversation, as with those with other longtime councilors who are departing this year — Councilor Jose McGiverin and Peter Tallam — he looks behind and ahead with enthusiasm.
