Episode 17. September 17, 2020. Tanisha Arena, executive director of Arise for Social Justice, on the monetary value that cities place on the Black lives ended by killer police officers, who, in the vast majority of cases, even when they are charged with murder in any degree, are not found guilty.
The Washington Post has an ongoing database of killings by police of all people and by community. Latest number for 2020: 1,018 people have been killed by police this year.
